This call occured in between  calls when your getting your breath from the previous call. I was working as an observer/third person on the truck, when this call occured. We got the call for a woman that was having a problem with a colostomy bag that was leaking. Upon arrival we saw two people sitting there one male and another person with no shirt on. We walked up and down the street and could not find the woman in question. We called county back to verify location and were informed that this was the correct address. Just then the local cop rolled unto scene and looked at the person sitting there with no shirt on and told that they could not sit public with no shirt on. We found out that the person in question had, had a double masectomy, and was our pt. The Pt. in question  stated they did not want to go to the hospital with us and would not go with the police either. The Pt. then got up out of theit chair and walked down to the local bus stop and boarded the next bus.
